Madison is a Case Manager with MHC. She has previous experience as a case manager in the mental health setting. Madison has a bachelor’s degree from Central Christian College and a
Masters in Social Work from Western New Mexico University. She has a passion for meeting people’s needs and helping them progress in their well-being.
Madison and her husband Adam have been living in McPherson for about 6 years. They both grew up in Virginia, but stayed in McPherson after attending college. Madison enjoys drinking coffee, running, being outside, and spending time with friends and family.

Richard has been on the MHC board since 2018, first as the Vice President, and now president. As a current member of the financial staff for the City of McPherson, he has served as the liaison between McPherson Housing Coalition and the Kansas Housing Corporation in Topeka. In this vital role he assists with processing that Emergency Solutions Grant application from HUD every year and the monthly requests for reimbursement from the state.
Milton joined McPherson Housing Coalition’s Board of Directors because of MHC’s mission of helping people leave a bad situation or grow from their current situation. He says, “Being able to help those in need is something that keeps me motivated.”
Stanford [Cheyenne] Kroeker is honored to serve the McPherson community as it’s Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor through the state of Kansas’ Dept. for Children and Families. He is also a professor for Central Christian College of KS in their online undergraduate programs. Cheyenne is a father of 4 beautiful girls and enjoys spending time doing anything outdoors with his family or exploring the nooks and crannies of the Midwest with his wife, Alison.
Barb has served as the City Clerk for the City of Inman, Kansas since 2012. She represents that community on our board. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in social work from Washburn University, Barbara worked for the Salvation Army, SRS (family service) and as a social worker and court services officer in Hutchinson.
