Sherrie Sparks is the Case Manager for McPherson Housing Coalition. She 
works with families staying in the Oak Harbor Cottages to increase connections with needed services and develop a plan for stability. She also supports those reaching out for assistance to connect with the appropriate resources.

Sherrie has over 7 years of previous experience working with families to overcome poverty, is knowledgeable about community resources, and well-trained in trauma-responsive and person-centered goal planning. Sherrie comes with lived experience of homelessness and poverty. Through her personal journey and education, she understands the barriers and challenges that many people face as they strive to build a sustainable future, and has a passion for supporting people in achieving their 
dreams.
